25th Anniv., WHT W's, no stitch around acorn (aka S4.5) NOTE: Sam Fairchild, Adult Advisor to the Lodge 463 25th Anniversary Committee, says this patch was in fact never rejected by the Lodge and is not an unauthorized issue. Compare this to 463 S4 and S5 flaps which were issued to commemorate the Lodge's 25th Anniversary in 1976. I am still seeking details about the circumstances surrounding this issue. |

This mystery patch appears to be an unfinished prototype of a 463 Brotherhood flap. It does not have an FDL, and the original owner of it claims to have come into possession of it in the late 70's, which predates the ZS1 by over 15 years. See this page for more details and enlarged photographs. | |
